Empowering youth.
Transforming Africa.

We help young people across Africa get to school, stay there, and build a future on their own terms.

Who we are

Esperafrica began in 2016 with a simple conviction: a child's future should not be decided by where they were born. Across eleven countries, we walk alongside families, teachers, and the people who run children's homes, so that bright young people can stay in school and grow into the adults their communities are already waiting for.

Our impact in numbers

These are our own results since 2016. We keep them honest, and we keep them small until they are real.

Talent already exists. Opportunity is what is scarce.

What is usually missing is the chance to use it. The figures below are not ours. They are the size of the challenge we work inside, measured by people who count it carefully.

Why you can trust where this goes

We are a small organisation, and trust is the whole account. Here is how we try to earn it, every gift and every visit.

We deliver in person

Food, supplies, and support are handed over face to face, and we stay for the day. It is the surest way to know help reached the people it was meant for.

We show our sources

The numbers we quote about the wider challenge come from the UN, UNESCO, and the World Bank, and we link straight to them so you can check for yourself.

We say what we have not done

We name the eleven countries we have reached, and we are honest about the ones we have not. We would rather tell you the truth than round it up.

We answer for every gift

Ask where a donation went or how the work is run, and a person will answer you directly. Nothing important hides behind a form.

Questions about governance or how funds are used? Write to us and we will walk you through it.
